Ideal for professional presentations, seminars or live global webcasts, our modern Theatre space seats 123 guests in tiered, armchair seating. Our largest meeting room measures 180m2 and features a raised stage for presentations or panel formats, framed by a 9m x 2m video wall that is perfect for your dynamic presentations and films. Choose from our range of broadcast-standard lighting, AV capabilities and high-speed connectivity for simultaneous broadcasts and video conferencing, letting you deliver a quality event every time.
Next to the Theatre is the Theatre Gallery, adjacent to LSEG’s Studios, where you can host guest registrations, all-standing catering to meet your specific tastes, networking events and exhibitions.








Forum
Capacity: 30-100
When a flexible event space matters, explore the varied options that the Forum offers, from a boardroom meeting for 30 to an elegant, seated dinner for 100 guests. Choose the set-up that meets your needs, including theatre, cabaret or classroom styles, U-shape or circular seating, and various dining options in this 137m2 space.
Our dedicated in-house AV technician will assist during your event, helping you maximise your experience. You can opt for a large projection screen, front projection, lectern with confidence monitor, mixing desk, inbuilt TBU, PC, webcast connectivity, remote clicker, Blu-ray player, TV connectivity/projection and lectern, top table, handheld and lapel microphones.
Directly outside the Forum you will find the Forum Gallery where your guests will enjoy all-standing catering plus refreshments and networking in the impressive four-storey glass Atrium that streams natural light into this dynamic space.

A dedicated in-house AV technician will be on hand throughout your event. The Forum offers integrated equipment which includes: large projection screen, front projection, lectern with confidence monitor, mixing desk, inbuilt TBU, PC, webcast connectivity, remote clicker, Blu-ray player, TV connectivity/projection and lectern, top table, handheld and lapel microphones.




Avenues 1-3
Explore the three interconnected Avenues rooms that can be used separately or as open plan 110m2 space, depending on your specific event needs. You can also configure Avenues to meet your individual requirements, including theatre, cabaret or classroom styles, and U-shape or circular seating. Deliver your presentations on the large screen and rely on our in-house dedicated AV technician who can assist during your meetings.
We offer dedicated catering inside your chosen room, including the option to convene your meeting in two rooms and enjoy your catering in the third room.

Lounge and Terrace

Come up to our top floor where we have a stunning space waiting for you and your guests for evening events. Our stylish Lounge is a perfect choice for your memorable drinks, reception and fine dining experience. We also offer a cutting-edge LED media wall so you can customise the event with your own branding. The moment you step out onto the Terrace, you’ll marvel at the breath-taking panoramic views of London’s iconic skyline, steeped in history. We’re confident you’ll agree that this is one of the most stunning terrace views in central London to host an impressive networking or celebration event.




Recess rooms
Recess 1 and Recess 2
Capacity: 10 each
When a very discrete yet naturally lit meeting room is an important choice for your special meetings, conference calls or private dining events, the intimate Recess 1 and Recess 2 rooms with tasteful modern decoration are ideal. With views of London’s Paternoster Square, you will be meeting in the historic heart of the City of London.
Choose from AV capabilities that include AV touch screen control panel, PC, TV connectivity, DVD player and plasma. If required, a dedicated in-house AV technician can assist throughout your event at an additional charge.

Recess 3

Overlooking the City of London’s iconic Paternoster Square, the brightly sunlit Recess 3 comfortably welcomes between 20-40 guests for a variety of meetings and smaller-scale events in this 65m2 space.

We ethically source, focus on producers and growers who care about their impact on the planet and are proud of the diverse nature of our supply partners.
Head chef Jess is at the cutting edge of the culinary adventure and won the Craft Guild of Chefs Award Rising Star. Jess was recognized for being a force within the industry and is focused on not only the development of dishes but also her team. Together with Greg our Executive Chef they nurture and develop the chefs to consistently push the boundaries of corporate hospitality.
